Hugh W. Brown has been entertaining audiences all over the world for more than 25 years. As an actor, writer, librettist and circus performer his work has featured in theatres, on film, on the telly box and, in the guise of his alter ego Jitterbug Jackson, at street festivals and events in places as diverse as Cambodia, Sardinia, China, America and of course at home, in Ireland.
Jitterbugs signature show I USED TO DREAM OF ROCKET SHIPS is an exhilarating blend of circus, music, dance, song and comedy. An absurd and inventive one-man cabaret that explodes with energy from the get go allowing Jitterbug, with a healthy dollop of quirk and charm, to skilfully lead the audience to a thrilling and celebratory finale.
